Our Admissions Philosophy

We believe the strongest early childhood experiences emerge when families and educators move in alignment. Our admissions process is therefore designed as a conversation, not an evaluation.

The Admissions Journey

  1. Step 1

    Express Your Interest

    Begin by sharing a few details about your child and family through our enquiry form or admissions team. We read every enquiry personally and respond thoughtfully.

  2. Step 2

    Campus Walkthrough

    We invite families to experience the atmosphere, spaces, and everyday rhythms of Kisalaya House through a guided campus visit. This is an opportunity to:

    • Explore the learning environment
    • Understand the philosophy in practice
    • Meet members of the team
    • Ask meaningful questions
    • Experience the culture and energy of the school firsthand
  3. Step 3

    Family Conversation

    Following the visit, we schedule a more personal conversation with parents and caregivers. Rather than assessing children, we focus on understanding your hopes for your child, your family values, your expectations from early education, and how we may work together meaningfully.

    Children are welcome to explore naturally during this interaction. There are no formal assessments, interviews, or performance expectations.

  4. Step 4

    Offer & Enrolment

    If we mutually feel that Kisalaya House is the right fit, an offer of admission is extended based on programme availability. Our team then guides families through a thoughtful onboarding and transition process designed to help children settle gently and confidently into their new environment.

Intentionally Limited Enrolment

We intentionally maintain small cohorts across all programmes to preserve emotional continuity, strong educator-child relationships, individualised attention, and deep engagement with each family.

As a result, spaces are limited. When programmes reach capacity, families may choose to join our waitlist and remain connected with the Kisalaya community until a place becomes available.
